  Love the workouts and coaches. Been coming since they opened just over ten years now. Would like more hand weights in the back room for classes though, a lot are old and breaking apart and not many new ones came in to accommodate the class sizes

  I come here all the time. It’s nice, big, machines work good, they keep it very clean. It’s also never too packed There’s so many machines, so you never have to worry about waiting. The most. You’ll wait for a machine is like 5 Min, Max! But I love it here. The girls at the front desk are also very nice. 😊

  They sold me one of their old hydro massage beds and it ended up being a total dump. I spend $400 to get it delivered. It immediately had issues and would not turn on. I spent $200 on one tech from UFC GYM their company, and when he opened it up, he said it was really dirty and in bad shape so he gave it a clean. He then ghosted me, so I had to reach out to the main headquarters for Hydro Massage and spend $380 on another tech to come out. And the official tech basically told me it’s way too used to function and a total loss. (leaking all over, kept running off the track, inconsistencies in pressure) Then I had to pay a junk company to remove it for $250. In short $1200+ spent on top of what they sold it to me for so that one of their employees or the company itself could make a few extra bucks. Scammers, Unbelievable.

  I went to this gym for a good month last year gym itself is good I like the mats they have and the equipment so I'll give them that, service on the other hand is not that good pretty garbage, I told them I wanted to cancel because I was moving to san Diego for work, there would be no reason for me to keep the membership if I would only be at their gym 2 times out of the month. I know most gyms don't like you cancelling because it doesn't make them money and it's not usually for a good reason I had a reasonable reason why I needed to cancel they were still hesitant to give me a cancellation paperwork I go there in person sign some paperwork and a few months while I'm overseas for work I get texts and calls saying that I still owe money or my card didn't go through I'm like that's dumb because I know I cancelled I couldn't get home until recently last month and where I was I couldn't get any service so I couldn't call them I end up getting a call from collections saying I owe 390 dollars of course I have to pay it off because it would effect my credit and I can't have that I spent way too much time building my credit for it to be effected by something stupid like this the gym probably lost my cancelation paperwork so take caution in doing a membership here or just go to a different gym preferably one that has easy cancelation choices or just work out from home, your better off honestly. And for the gym reach out to me y'all if you give me my money that you stole from me I'll take off this review and say you guys at least gave me my money back.
