  Imperial Primary Care is a wonderful practice filled with amazing people. They do a great job and genuinely care about each patient that walks through the door. Dr. Rubalcava is a terrific provider. He treats his patients with compassion, takes the time to understand them and provides excellent treatment. Sofia, the outreach coordinator here, is extremely helpful and attentive. She helps the whole process run smoother and makes sure everyone feels welcomed and at ease. I highly recommend this practice and the quality service they provide.

  I visited this urgent care today and was thoroughly impressed. PA Jamie provided top-notch care—very professional, attentive, and made me feel completely at ease. The front desk staff and assistants were also wonderful; you can tell they truly care about their patients. Everything was smooth, professional, and friendly.

  I've been here twice for Urgent care purposes with a years time. Both experiences were excellent. I was never there more than 1.5 hours that beats any E.R. very convenient

  I had a very frustrating experience with this clinic today. My appointment was scheduled for 9:00 AM and I arrived at the plaza around 8:45 AM. However, the clinic is located inside a plaza with very unclear signage. I spent more than 15 minutes trying to find their office and simply could not locate it. While searching, I tried calling the clinic for help so someone could guide me to the correct location. Unfortunately, it took more than 10 minutes for someone to answer the phone. By the time they finally picked up, it was already past 9:00 AM, and they told me I would need to reschedule my appointment. I find this very unacceptable. The delay was not my fault. The plaza has very poor signage and the clinic provided no clear directions for patients to find the office. On top of that, when I asked if they could still see me or try to accommodate me since I had already been there and was trying to locate the office, they were unwilling to help. Overall, I am very disappointed with the service and the lack of support for patients. I would not recommend this clinic based on my experience.
