- JCJuan CastroSep 25, 20261.0Dr. Rubalcava is great but her nurse Karla is not. She doesn’t follow up the referrals y always forget things. She doesn’t know the system. We asked her to call our insurance to help us get the authorization of important referrals for cancer treatment y she said that she can’t help with that. She said that she was too busy and that wasn’t her job. I wonder how she would react if someone in her family were diagnosed with cancer.
