  My first time ever doing this kind of Pilates my instructor was adorable Heaven who is amazing at her job I went out of there shaking and still sore it is incredible how you work out every muscle of your body 100% recommended 🩷🔥

  Wendy is the truly the best and it is clear to anyone who takes her classes that she pours her heart and soul into this studio. Such a wonderful space and group of people. Will definitely be back soon and I cannot wait to take more classes here as it is a beautiful studio and very foundations based.

There are a variety of classes offered, perfect for all levels or interests. Evolving pilates’ instructors are true pilates scholars and understand the mind body connection. At the studio you will not only continue your fitness journey but also be encouraged to participate in social events held by Evolving Pilates. Joining EP is a great way to had fitness and fun into your life. I can’t recommend this local sd business enough.

  I love love love Evolving Pilates!! ❤️ I have taken many classes in studios all over San Diego and they truly do not compare to this studio they know their craft and it shows 💪🏽 I would definitely recommend ! The instructors not only are genuinely welcoming and caring but the community that they built also shows that members at evolving pilates welcome you too! the people in class are just as supportive and kind which makes the workout experience even better. I feel safe and seen to speak with others in the class which tells me we are aligned in our energy and goals (which is not so common elsewhere beware of mean girl energy 😂) I’ve ditched my classpass subscription and became a member with evolving 🫶🏻

  I’ve taken multiple pilates classes at different studios but this was the first time I’ve ever truly felt every single exercise during class. Wendy is an amazing instructor! She prepares you with exercises before using the reformer that you might not fully understand at first, but once you’re on the reformer, everything you practiced transfers perfectly into the workout. I could actually feel my muscles activating properly for the first time and really felt a good burn. As a beginner, there were certain things I was doing incorrectly, but Wendy stayed right there to guide me and made sure I could do the exercises properly on my own. She’s incredibly helpful, involved, and extremely motivating throughout the entire class. She makes the class feel personal by using your name and giving encouraging cues like, ‘You got this mama keep going!’ I absolutely loved the experience and can’t wait to take more classes with her!
