- ABAspen BrookeJul 8, 20265.0From the moment I walked in, Maria made me feel so welcome with her warm and friendly personality. Dr. Rees was incredibly knowledgeable, honest, and thorough. He took the time to explain my X-rays in detail, answered all of my questions, and created a clear treatment plan for my dental journey without making me feel pressured. Sonia was so kind and did an excellent job cleaning my teeth. I was well taken care of and my teeth feel so fresh! Overall, my first new-patient visit took about an hour and was a great experience from start to finish. The office is in a convenient location with plenty of parking, and the two-hour parking in front of the building gave me enough time to take a walk after my appointment. I highly recommend this office and will definitely be returning!

He is kindly upfront about what needs to be done, but he does leave the choice ultimately to you and I don't feel pressured with upselling or with "you have to do right away" (unless it was a emergency of course). I noticed some negative reviews on here, however, in my experience whenever I called a few times in the last few years to reschedule, get accurate pricing and quotes, or have questions answered they were professional and honestly pretty nice about it. Even with settling things with insurance for a procedure,I did not get any hidden bills in the mail, they do lay it out in front of you before and after the procedures. I can naturally be cautious because I understand dentists have a business to run, but Dr. Robert Rees is very upfront and honest about things.
