Everyone was friendly, Masyio & Venessa professional, patient, while we only needed or glasses adjusted they both where genuinely helpful. They made the whole experience easy and comfortable, and I really appreciated the great customer service. I highly recommend this location!

- SVSara VoAug 3, 20261.0Terrible organization of this location specifically. I was advised previously I was booked for a 4:30pm appt and had multiple confirmations via phone call. There is no email booked regarding when your appt is booked. I get a call at 4:09pm saying that my appt was at 4:00pm which is incorrect. The receptionist said the doctor can take me in. When I arrive there at 4:15pm; she informed me the doctor had left for the day. Poor planning and staff; why call me so many times for an appt yet when I arrive at 4:30pm; none of the optometrists can take me. Your hours are till 6pm. Would not recommend this location
