Then one hour before that class I got another email that my class was cancelled . It turns out they were harassing me few times with calls and I don’t answer random calls. I guess it was expected for me to call them. Then started harassing me with texts . I never seen that before . I don’t think I will be booking with them.

Shannon is a fantastic instructor - she’s positive, intentional with her language and was sure to guide the class through varying options based on level. Her gentle corrections really helped me focus on form to get the most from the workout! Also appreciated all the different options the studio provided (from reformers to weights to bosu balls and so on!) Will definitely be coming back!!!
- CMCarol MooreJun 12, 20252.0The studio was hot and humid with no air conditioning. Also the straps were tattered, old and crusty. Studio is not as clean or kept up as the studio where I usually go. Also check in was completely disorganized.
