  From the moment you walk in the front desk team greets you with genuine smiles and makes you feel instantly at home; they’re helpful, upbeat, and ready to answer questions and cheer you on whether you’re there for your first class or 100th! Every instructor treats each class with care, offering modifications so you feel supported no matter your experience or how your body is feeling that day. Whitney brings incredible energy to her studio and her classes. She’s encouraging and motivates you in the best way. Her workouts are tough but so rewarding, and she somehow makes every client feel seen and capable. The studio itself is light, incredibly clean, and calming, and there’s something special about finishing an evening class and stepping outside to watch the sun set over the ocean…pure bliss. Like all barre3 studios, the philosophy of meeting you where you are is woven into every class; you’re encouraged to listen to your body and make the choices that feel right. I left every class feeling stronger, happier, and grateful to be welcomed to this lovely community.

  I just started attending classes here a month ago and I’ve been incredibly impressed with all of the instructors! The staff is friendly, kind, energetic, and seem to really love what they do. Barre3 is a low impact but highly effective workout and modifications are always offered. The breathwork at the end of class is a nice touch too 👏🏼

  Studio Barre Bird Rock offers an INCREDIBLE workout and is one of the most positive influences on my life. Nothing but supportive people / energy here. The owners, Megs and Moo, have done the best job creating a community of empowerment and fun. The exercises are top notch - you really feel muscles you have never felt before and the instructors make sure your form is correct, ensuring you get the most out of the hour. You won’t regret trying this out and you will definitely get hooked! Thank you SBBR, for so much mental and physical growth!

  I love getting my workout in at this studio! The location in Bird Rock is easily accessible and I've always been able to find parking. The instructors are great about adjusting you to get the maximum burn and the class flies by!
