All studio practice areas are thoroughly sanitized before and after class.
This is a hot yoga studio, so come ready for that. Evelyn and Walter are excellent instructors... they guide you through each pose with real care, blocks and all, whether you're just starting out or have been practicing for years. I hit a full wheel and splits here for the first time since I started practicing yoga, which says a lot about how well they teach. Both of them use a mic headset during class, which I really appreciate... it keeps their voice calm and steady instead of having to shout over the music. I did take one class there with a different instructor who didn't use the mic, and the shouting felt more like bootcamp than yoga. Still, the community here is genuinely warm and the schedule has good variety so you can fit it into your schedule. The studio has two bathrooms but no showers, plenty of cubbies for shoes and other belongings, and a filtered water fountain.

I love this studio, especially if you want a "hot yoga" experience. The owner is friendly and great. I love Marcie too. You need to give it a try if you want a great yoga class.

Amazing studio! I've been going for about a year now 4x per month, and YogaSix is always my favorite workout of the week. The owner/instructor Evelyn is so warm and welcoming, along with the rest of the staff! All the instructors are great, but my personal favorite is Marcie and the TRX Yoga class, you have to try it! Not all classes are actively heated which is nice depending on what you're looking for, and I love that they've recently implemented more Yogalates type workouts too. The studio is clean and I love the refreshing cold scented towels at the end. Highly recommend!

I don’t usually feel compelled to write reviews, but I am utterly disappointed. I came into this yoga studio for the first time with excitement and left crying because of the instructor, Walter.
Ever since the moment my friend and I stepped into this studio, the staff were very cold. The receptionist was unfriendly and unhelpful when we were trying to understand where to go and where to put our stuff.
Then when we finally entered the room, I did not know that you had to bring a mat given that I am a beginner and the previous studio I went to provided mats to all of their students. Once I got a mat and started the class, I thought that would be the end of that conversation.
After completing Walter’s class, he pulled me aside as I was leaving the studio in front of other students and proceeded to lecture me for 30 minutes after class. He made me feel unwelcome for not knowing that this studio doesn’t provide mats. He used analogies such as “you don’t walk into a gym and not wear clothes or shoes, so you don’t come to a yoga studio and not bring a mat.” After he said this, I was completely shocked from the unprofessionalism and privileged tone in his voice.
It doesn’t end there. As I was getting lectured by Walter in the studio room, my friend was patiently waiting for me in the lobby completely unaware of the situation. She then overhears the owner of the studio talking negatively about ClassPass students to her other female co-worker. Saying that ClassPass doesn’t make them any money and really disregarding those students.
All in all, the unprofessionalism was tainted in every interaction we had with the staff from this studio. Please reconsider spending your time and money at this studio. I will NOT be going back.

I’ve been a member of Yoga6 for over 6 years and have watched it evolve through different ownership changes. The current owners have done so much to improve the studio and create a welcoming place. The teachers are so encouraging and genuinely invested in helping students of all levels grow in their practice. I highly recommend this studio.
