I came to them to fix my sunglasses nose pad. They kindly fixed it quickly for free. Great service, great people. Amazing customer service. Brian was the gentleman that helped us.

All hands were on Deck!
I wanna say thank you to Brittany, Amayrani, Danny, and Brian. I have horrible vision at night and they really got in to detail with me and literally opened my Eyes! They were so easy to talk to and helpful with my appointment. If you haven’t came here then I bet you’re still blind. Thank you guys again!

I wish I could give a negative star for this office, from doctors to majority of staff they lack professionalism, knowledge and customer service. I came for both glasses and contacts prescription and had my first appointment back in March. Now is almost middle of August and I still don’t have any contact lenses and my glasses are not the ideal vision and I am waiting for new lenses to arrive, while I paid full for both of them! But story is way more twisted and I summarize here so you can judge for yourself if you want to waste your time and money here:
My first appointment, on a weekend was with Dr. Prakh however when I came in I learned that on weekends another Dr covers for her! After examining, Dr prescribed me a progressive lense for glasses and ordered contact lenses for me and I paid for both. When I came in to pick up, I tried the glasses right there and it needed a reorder right away, and I was to try the contacts over the following week and let the office know how I felt. Waited for new glasses to come in and despite getting better still was not ideal for me, and to date I am waiting for the new pair to come in which is a completely new glasses prescription!!! The contact lenses were terrible too! I could not see either far or near with them!!! I have astigmatism and my current lenses from AirOptix had astigmatism but these new contacts had no astigmatism correction!! This time Dr. P said she will do a quick new exam and figure it out. After examination she told me the prescription that was given was wrong and I needed a new one, so she ordered a new set for me and I returned the boxes I had purchased to the office, and I was to try the trials that were going to be ordered (meaning I had to wait another 2-4wks) and then order the new set and pay/get reimbursed for the difference. The new trials came in and upon trial I noticed they are still not good, I couldn’t even read the street signs with them! When I paid close attention I noticed the astigmatism axis for the trials that the office ordered is different than what was prescribed for me by Dr.P. Came to office and Dr examined again and ordered another set of trials and she emphasized that I shouldn’t pick up the trials when she is not in the office and need to call and arrange. New ones came in and I tried and still not good!! She asked me to send her my older prescription (from last year and another Dr I used to go to) so she can adjust based on that! So she adjusted the prescription and I am crossing my fingers that it is going to be a good fit this time. I am still waiting for that last trial piece to come in (since first week of July that it was ordered). Their only response is to blame someone else either in the office, the lab or even the patient! Reason for delay now is that I have high prescription!! I have been wearing glasses my entire life and never had this much uncertainty and bad experience. I forgot to add that each appointment with the doctor is about 40-60min waiting and not acknowledging or apologizing for it when it’s finally the time to meet (the wait is not necessarily Dr spending time with a patient but rather walking around and talking to the staff…) I highly recommend staying away from this office!
