Neaumix Fit offers Reformer Pilates group classes and private sessions at all its locations. Reformer Pilates is a full body workout that brings mindfulness to your breath and body postures, and Neaumix Fit takes a contemporary approach to classical pilates while keeping the core principles of breath and correct movement in mind. In 2019, Melissa, her mother Beverly Alterman, and husband Joseph Chavez set out to build a franchise with an attainable business model for owners with or without prior business experience. As of 2025, Neaumix Fit has grown to 20 studios and is expanding into states such as Nevada and Arizona. Many studios also offer cycling, TRX full body training, barre for toning, and yoga alongside their pilates classes.
