  The optometrist here is great but staff is terrible. Unfortunately even a donkey does not make the same mistake twice. But I did. I had gone there with my own frames for both normal and sunglasses a couple of years ago. They screwed it up first time. Had to redo to get the lenses right. I chalked it up to a not time deal. Went back again a month ago with new frames. Same issue. They screwed the lenses. And this time they did a horrible job on fitting the lenses to the sunglasses. Told me they'd send it to the lab instead of doing in store. waited waited, had call, glasses are ready. Sunglasses again don't fit, gaps etc. shoddy work. explained it, they pulled the used car sales routine, no no this is how it is, let me get my manager, make me wait 10 minutes to ice me, manager is at first agreeable, then says, let me go back, ices me again with 10 more minutes and comes out trying to tell me that's how it is, gaps are normal between the lenses and the frame.....stay away to save yourself a headache, i honestly don't know how they stay in business; felt slimy like a used car dealer trying to swindle you

  DO NOT BE DAZZLED BY 4.4 STARS. I walked in with high expectations to get 2 new pair of glasses. I had my eye exam and got a Versace pair of frames and top of the line lenses in it. I was 10 days out of my return period and they refused to help me in any way. They took measurements with a different pair of Versace of my pupillary distance because they did not have the pair I was interested in buying and transferred the readings to a different frame. After paying $600 for the lenses and $450 for the frame, I don't even have the luxury of seeing clearly. I called them and they said I was out of my 30 days. i was 10 days out. I agree I should have been prompt, but they also told me, my eyes would adjust. I then tried the second pair I had ordered as a back up pair and got very simple lenses with no coatings. Those glasses feel like they were manufactured in my garage. Absolute rubbish. I have been wearing glasses for 20 years and these would be the worst pair of most expensive glasses I have ever worn. Just feel absolute rubbish because when I call them for help they start quoting me a price for another pair of lenses knowing these are only 40 days old and I spent over $1000 on these. Wish I could go back in time and went to some family owned eye glass business. NEVER GOING BACK. EVER. PS- The Versace glass frame is already fading colour after fourty days of wear. I do not understand if these are a fake pair. I don't know who to go to for help.

  I like this place. My partner got his glasses here and we came here today for mine. The service was great and Candice was really helpful and friendly.
