- CRCA ReviewsJun 1, 20261.0I'd come to this optometrist with a stuck contact lens; it had split and half was stuck in the top corner. After taking a near-$100 visit fee and asking questions, I was taken in to be evaluated. After they searched, I was told the lens was no longer there but that I have scratches in my eye, so they then recommended an addition $80+ dollar bottle to help that - but said I could put a new lens in the next day. 5 days later, my eye got worse - turns out they completely missed the lens and it was still stuck. Thankfully another optometrist used proper methods to quickly resolve it. I then requested a refund on the visit itself due to them not fixing the issue and creating further risk. I ended up receiving a response defending their process with 0 accountability for the mistake. So, while they made sure to retain the money despite worsening my situation, I hope this serves as a warning to others that this practice cares way less for their quality of patient care than other optometrists I've been to.
