I had a fantastic experience at LensCrafters thanks to Alejandra Ixta. I came in needing my prescription glasses adjusted, and she had them fitting perfectly in no time. She was incredibly helpful and efficient—I was in and out of the store in just 7 minutes! They didn't even charge me for the adjustment. It’s rare to find such quick, high-quality service. Highly recommend asking for Alejandra!

Brian, the Vietnamese-speaking guy at Tustin Lens Crafters destroys the image of Lens Crafters company and makes several customers will not come back because of him. He is very rude , he is eating and speaking to customer at the same time.
He speaks to the customer, “ oh my gosh, look at your history.” He judges customer without knowing any of the fact. He is very arrogant and harsh to talk and work.
He is not patient to adjust customer’s frame and lenses, finally I ended up to clean my own lenses at this store. I will never forget a technician who works for a professional eyeglasses company would say this to customer, “ There is no need to pursue the best result of the glasses. “
However, on the advertisement of the corporate company , the company proclaims to pursue “the perfectionisms on the glasses in a professional way and treat customers with high respect. “
Wow! Never encounter such kind of employee who works for a professional glasses company, and yet comes against the company’s Core Value. It is a shame to see such employee to destroy the image and
reputation of the company.
Following on this customer review page,
you can see customer Kelly Kimberlin wrote about Brain- “ My wife just came back from the Tustin location in tears. Brian, the assistant manager, harassed her and made her feel very uncomfortable to the point that she never wants to go back, even though her lenses are blurry and they didn't get here prescription right. I'll be contacting the corporate office and the morning and demanding a full refund and that Brian be terminated.” Wow, so sick and so sad.

Too much waiting even though we had an appointment. Also, the technician did not understand the meaning of pupillary distance (PD). Other than that, staff & doctors are friendly and place is clean with pretty good selection of frames.
Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.
Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?
A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
What is the difference between an eye exam and a vision screening?
A comprehensive eye exam is administered by an optometrist and can detect not only vision problems but problems with eye health and general health as well. A vision screening is typically performed by a general medical practitioner such as a pediatrician or a nurse. While a vision screening can help identify vision issues, it can miss many important issues that a comprehensive eye exam can identify. This is why everyone is encouraged to get annual eye exams. Schedule your eye exam today!
Why should I get an eye exam?
An annual eye exam involves more than just updating your glasses or contact prescription. A comprehensive eye exam can also detect eye health issues as well as general health problems. Conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure can be detected in early stages through an eye exam, and this can result in early treatment. Schedule your annual eye exam today.
What should I bring to my eye exam?
You should bring your vision insurance and medical insurance information to your eye exam. If you currently wear any prescription lenses, bring your eyeglasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses. You should also bring any and all questions you may have. Contact your optometrist if you have specific questions about any additional items you think you may need to bring to your eye exam.
