  Understaffed. Worker working the register fails to see who got to the register first due to spending 20+ minutes talking to another customer. Other worker in store ignores the register to go talk to people browsing instead of completing the sales at the register.

  Absolutely fantastic service! The man working there actually called me when I left a bag behind in the store to let me know I left. Bravo!

  I will never come here again. The original guy who helped me when I made my purchase was super nice and helpful, told me I could return my purchase if unopened/unused w/my receipt, Didn't use it, the guy there today first told me he couldn't do my return for a few hours due to their system, then asked if he could open the $64 drink to make sure it was unused when the seal was CLEARLY intact which would have made my return invalid, then he processed my return 3 times, so no clue if I was actually charged multiple times instead of just refunded, if I see additional charges on my bank, I will be calling as well. TERRIBLE. Save your time and go to Vitamin Shoppe instead, FRFR.

  came in knowing what I wanted but was met with a attitude by one of the workers specifically a worker named Matthew. Went to check out and was asked about their pro membership, and when I said no was met with nothing but rude responses and smirk looks. Kept asking me 4 more times after I said no and did not even give me a receipt. Will not be going here again
