Last week, I had my eyes checked and was given the completely wrong prescription by one of the optometrists working for Diana Ciobanu. So I had to return to have my eyes rechecked. Mistakes happen and I went in just wanting resolution. Upon meeting Diana, she was dismissive towards me when I first tried to explain the situation. Before she checked my records, I wanted to show her the major discrepancy between the prescription I received from her office and an older prescription from a year and a half ago. It was very obvious there was a problem with their prescription. She was very arrogant with a serious attitude. What could have been resolved fairly easily turned into a highly negative experience. I had words with her and gave her a piece of my mind because her attitude was just so obnoxious! Diana was officious and completely off putting in her demeanor. Not professional at all! This was NOT the experience I expected and I am left with a horrible feeling about this place and mostly Diana Ciobanu!
