  I started coming to Club Pilates UTC almost a year ago to do some low impact workouts while dealing with ongoing hip and back pain. Over the past year, I’ve lost weight, made friends, challenged my brain and my body, and overall have a place I look forward to going almost every day. Jocelyn and Thais are my go to instructors! Jocelyn’s Restore class is my favorite class every week. Thais will challenge you, for sure, but it will make you better! I’m glad I joined and that I get to spend time at Club Pilates UTC multiples days per week!

  Love this studio! Been going consistently for about 6 months and have had massive improvements in my back pain from an injury. Add on actual enjoyment for a workout as well as the atmosphere. Jocelyn and Chasyn have been so knowledgeable in how to work around my injury AND push my body that had decades of ballet training. Kind hearts and extensive physical knowledge makes this place a stand out.

  I love UTC Pilates! The instructors (Jocelyn, Thais, Chasyn) are so great and knowledgeable. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. It’s a gentle and excellent workout!

  I joined Pilates UTC a week ago, and I am very happy with my decision. The instructors are very knowledgeable and supportive in your journey. The staff is warm and welcoming. It is definitely a place for all levels from beginners to advanced and from young to old each person has a place. I highly recommend this Pilates studio for a variety of needs. I’m sure you will not be disappointed.
