- NGNeda GhMay 12, 20261.0Do NOT trust this office for cavities, cleanings, crowns, root canals, or cosmetic dental work. The experience I had at this office showed me that they do not truly care about patients or long-term dental health. Everything felt focused on getting payments and financing approved while constantly telling patients they “need more work” and “have more problems.” I spent months dealing with swollen gums, infection, pain, and ongoing complications, only to later find out that the root canal treatment was incomplete. The crowns that were placed had poor margins and were oversized, which caused additional irritation, food trapping, inflammation, and infection issues. The worst part is that when serious problems happened, they refused to take accountability or issue proper refunds. Their response was simply: “We did the work.” Meanwhile I am now forced to spend even more money going to other dentists to fix the damage and complications caused here. I have already reported this office to the Dental Board. Please protect yourself and get multiple opinions before trusting this office with any dental treatment.
