  I am traveling through the area in our RV. Janet was able to work me in at a convenient time to look at my Phonak right hearing aid. That aid will not charge correctly, will not turn green, will not connect to Bluetooth, doesn't always turn on and when it does it lasts an hour or so. Jennifer put it on her machine and says it is working ok and has a 75 % charge. I guess if the machine says it is okay, I must be wrong. I was told the green light is broken. She can send it off for $150 (Phonak cost, not so sure about that, it's under warranty) plus $75 to ship it to another address where we will be in a few weeks. I left with my broken aid, $25 poorer and disappointed.
