  Everyone at Target Optical was incredibly kind, patient, and welcoming. Since I had never ordered contact lenses before, I had a lot of questions, and Angela at the front desk couldn’t have been more helpful. She took the time to explain my insurance coverage, walk me through my contact lens options, and break down the pricing for each choice. I spent about an hour discussing all the different options with her, and she was patient, knowledgeable, and never made me feel rushed. Dr. Huang was just as wonderful. She was friendly, caring, and thorough throughout my appointment. The entire staff made what could have been an overwhelming experience feel easy and comfortable. I’ve never been to an eye care office where everyone was so genuinely warm and helpful. I highly recommend Target Optical to anyone looking for exceptional customer service and care.

  We are here on vacation and my son forgot his contacts. Alondra and Dr. Long at the HB Target were kind and more than happy to help us. Thank you for making it easy so it didn’t impact our trip!

  Dr Helen and staffs are super friendly, office is clean and stuff with all high techs equipments, convenient for one stop eye exam and shopping for new eye wear, highly recommend to anyone.

  Where do I begin... First off, I am from Texas and was visiting my girlfriend this week from Thursday-Thursday. On Saturday afternoon, we went to Corona del Mar beach and I lost my glasses while swimming. Unfortunately, I had no backup pair and was rendered helpless. I immediately began looking up nearby optometry clinics in hopes of getting an exam and a pair of glasses if possible. I stopped by two other optometry clinics and had no luck. We saw the third option being a Target and I didn't hope for much but called and the front desk lady was very kind and notified me that my insurance was accepted there. With a semblance of hope, we rushed over. Upon entry, the front desk lady asked if I wanted to set up an appointment and I agreed. She said there were none left today but we could reschedule tomorrow. I lost most hope by then and was preparing to thank them for trying when the doctor came up and told the front desk that she could see me! I couldn't believe it! Shortly after, I was seen and completed the examination. I was met with disappointment that I could not get the glasses immediately but it was expected at the same time. After letting the doctor know my situation of being on vacation, she extended her hand out even further! I told her that I had worn contacts in the past and asked if a trial pair would be possible. Sure enough, we were able to go through a contacts exam as well just to be certain. And I was given two trial pairs to hold me off until my glasses could be delivered up to 3 weeks later! Doctor Huang salvaged my vacation out of the kindness of her heart. This vacation was not cheap by any stretch so it would have been a true waste to see blur for the next 5 days. She was extremely nice and helpful and I am eternally grateful!
