My hearing aid specialist, was very nice. She explained all things clearly . She took time to listen and answer our questions. The hearing test gave me helpful information about the status of my hearing . My hearing aid specialist, Shiva Akhavan ( hearing instrument specialist) , was knowledgeable and clearly explained the options available to me. I tested the hearing aids at home for a few days. I have decided that it is a little early for me to begin wearing hearing aids. Shiva did not pressure me to buy... but did suggest I be re tested in a year. When asked, Shiva gave us helpful information to compare other types of hearing aids so we could be more informed. I believe the quality of the hearing aid was quite good, and the service available if I had purchased, sounded good too. I would recommend this place to others.
