  I have been coming to miracle ear since getting my hearing aids since 2022. Shiva is very knowledgeable and helpful to me. I wasn’t using my left ear hearing aid and shiva said “why”. I said I don’t hear a difference but she informed me that in fact it does help me. I put it in this morning because I have an appointment. I do in fact hear better w it in. I will continue to use it now. The hearing in my left ear is profound Thank u Shiva

  Have been getting my hearing aids here for 10 years…just upgraded and love the new features. Shonni is always friendly on the phone, and she knows how to navigate insurance. Shiva is the hearing aid specialist and helped me find the right aids …from testing my hearing through finding out what I needed the HA to fitting the tips. Great experiences here over the years, and although I know there are cheaper places and cheaper HAs, I will continue to to bring my ears to Shiva and Shonni.
