  Bren has been working on my post surgical knee after having a full replacement knee surgery. Bren used Lymphatic drainage massage which greatly reduced the swelling, and moved excess fluid away from my swollen knee. I felt better after each session with her. Initially, I had 3 sessions, and after feeling so much better, I purchased 6 more sessions with her. I am feeling better and able to do my physical therapy exercise with less swelling and pain because of the treatments. Bottom line, Bren is awesome.

  I’ve been seeing Bren for three sessions now, and she’s absolutely incredible. She effortlessly releases all the knots in my back. Despite my rigorous workout routine, she’s been instrumental in aiding my recovery. Her bundle packages are incredibly affordable and hard to find in this area. She thoroughly massages my back, stretches me out, and even performs lymphatic drainage. She’s a jack-of-all-trades, doing a bit of everything in one session.

  Bren has been amazing throughout my postop recovery. Her lymphatic drainage massages have made such a difference in my healing and overall results, I’m genuinely so happy with how everything is progressing because of her care.   Bren is an outstanding Kinesiologist. I have been experiencing chronic neck and shoulder pain for over 30 years, and Bren has helped me tremendously, both with deep tissue massage, lymphatic drainage, and stretching. She is far and away the best Kinesiologist I have ever seen. Her efforts have significantly improved my pain and increased my flexibility. She is very professional and knowledgeable at what she does, and I highly recommend her.

  Bren is amazing. When I came to her I didn’t know what to expect. I just got a Lipo 360 and was pretty sore and hurt and barely can move, but her professionalism and knowledge, combined with her experience, ease my nerves and made me feel more comfortable during the massage. After the first session, I felt a lot better. The pain eased and the bruising went away.Bren was able to talk me through each step of the process and what to expect and how to go about achieving my goal for a beautiful result . It’s only been a week and a half and my results are already showing and it’s beautiful. I can’t wait until the final results. She is so well worth it. ! if you don’t have an appointment, make one now, she books up fast. She’s really really good. I promise you.
