Encourages me to push myself, she is supportive, inclusive and encouraging! I trust her encouraging words which not only led to making me feel more confident in my Pilates journey but also her coaching has had a positive effect on the way I think about myself. When I began taking Jordans classes i was suffering from Osteo Arthritis in both my knees. Thanks to Jordan I now have more mobility and feel so much better! I am grateful to have her as my Pilates instructor and I believe all Of us who have benefitted from Her classes feel the same way! Thank you, Jordan O.!!!!!
