I've been to many different gyms over the years. I come from a mixed martial arts background, and I've also done CrossFit, boot camps, bodybuilding, and various types of fitness training. So I've experienced many different training styles and gym environments.
BFT has honestly been a great experience for me. The workouts are challenging, the programming is always different, and you definitely feel like you've had a real workout when you're done. I'm usually sore the next day, which tells me I'm working muscles I haven't worked in a while!
One of the biggest things I like about BFT is the atmosphere. There's no drama, no egos, and no pressure to impress anybody. I've been to gyms where it feels more like a social scene than a place to train, and that's just not what I'm looking for. At BFT, I can come in, get a great workout, push myself, and go home.
The trainers are professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and always there to help with your form or modify an exercise when needed. They push you, but they also make you feel comfortable regardless of your fitness level.
For somebody like me who's tried CrossFit, MMA training, bodybuilding, boot camps, and plenty of other gyms, I can definitely say BFT brings something different to the table. It's challenging, organized, professional, and has a great community.
If you're looking for a gym where you can work hard, improve yourself, and be around good people without all the unnecessary drama, I definitely recommend giving BFT a try.

I am so glad that I signed up with BFT! The studio is super clean, the staff/coaches are all very nice, accommodating, and motivating, and the variety of workouts is great. As someone who gets bored easily, it’s nice that the types of workouts change every week, and we’re able to use real squat racks and weights. Plus, a cold eucalyptus towel at the end is the icing on the cake.
Strength days are just that, maybe 6 exercises with multiple sets, allowing you to move up in weight and focus. And cardio days you’re working to keep your heart rate in a certain zone, it’s not an all-out max out, which I think is great.
Shoutout to coach Justin, Travis, and Dorota for being so awesome!
