- KTKatelyn TuJun 7, 20265.0Although I have gone to a different Lens Crafter location previously, Dr. Tam and the in-store employees have been kind and patient at this location! Dr. Tam made my first visit very comfortable and listened to my history along with questions I had for my eyes and health overall. Personal con comparing this location to the Westminster location, eye exam technology seems a bit downgraded but I can look past it. The wait time to do the exam was taking a bit long seemingly that they were only doing one patient at a time, but I'm sure they have their own system if us patients were seeing the same doctor. One of the in-store employees (I think her name was Julie) helped me choose my new glasses and sunglasses. She even gave me an option to order the same glasses I was currently wearing (since I did had it made with them before). She was patient as well as giving her suggestions on the options I picked.
