  CorePower Yoga is the best. Some days I want a hard workout, other days I want to relax and unwind. There’s always a class that fits the mood. Madison especially stands out because she knows how to push you while still paying attention to form (my fave YS teacher)!

  I really like Corepower's offerings. The instructors are great, the amenities are nice and the ability to use multiple studios makes it easier to find the right class at the right time. Overall I'd highly recommend. My only complaint is that they charge for towels which seems like a unnecessary charge for monthly subscribers...

The rhythm & Afro-Brazilian beat matched the heat & flow perfectly!) 🌀 The Guide: (CorePower Hermosa: C2 Flow with Delaney) Delaney opened class with a quote from Kahlil Gibran: “A voice cannot carry the tongue and the lips that gave it wings. Alone must it seek the ether.” Then she asked the room for three poses we wanted woven into the flow: ✈️ Airplane 🌿 Half Splits 🙏 Humble Warrior And just like that, we weren’t just students anymore. We were co-creating. We began on our backs, grounding into breath and body before movement. Delaney reminded us that what serves us one day may not serve us the next: • Listen. • Feel. • Breathe. • Adjust accordingly. As rainfall faded into music, the class unfolded into a creative mandala flow, using Warrior II to change directions and reorient the room itself. What stood out most was Delaney’s presence. Constantly moving throughout the space offering alignment cues, guiding breath, and weaving Gibran’s words so naturally into the practice that movement and meaning became the same thing. 🤝 The Tribe: One moment we were flowing in circles around our mats, the next we were sitting cross-legged after namaste, opening our eyes together. Somewhere between the breath, movement, music, and shared effort, a room full of strangers briefly became a community. 🏛️ The Space & Place: CorePower Hermosa carries an easy beach-town energy. Bright. Clean. Simple.
