  I would like to thank the office staff and the dental assistants, who were kind, courteous, professional, and considerate throughout my visit. Unfortunately, my experience with the dentist himself was very concerning. The extraction was extremely painful, and despite visible signs of distress, the dentist never checked on my condition or asked how I was feeling. Communication was almost nonexistent during a procedure that lasted nearly an hour. On several occasions, my lips were hurt by the instruments due to careless handling. What concerned me most was the lack of communication, empathy, and basic patient care from the dentist. When the procedure finally ended, he left the room without saying a word. I did receive clear post-procedure instructions from his assistant, who was professional and helpful. I understand that some extractions can be difficult, but patient comfort, communication, and professionalism should always be priorities. I still require additional dental treatment, but I will not be returning to this dentist. I hope this feedback helps improve communication and patient care for future patients.

  I have not had a need to see Dr Scott but I do have my teeth cleaned by Lynn Mackie the dental hygienist. She is the best hygienist I’ve been to. She is so sweet, friendly, gentle, and does a superb job. If you need your teeth cleaned I highly recommend her. I give her 5 stars

  My family and I have been coming to Dr. Gray for over 10 years now. They are always professional and friendly. They know you by name and always make every visit a great experience. Lynn has been my dental hygienist for the last 5 years. She always does a fantastic job. She always does a great job!!! I highly recommend Dr. Gray and his office!

  ah ha! See Dr Grey has changed the name of his business for a third time! He does this to get rid of bad reviews like mine. I went to him for a crown. His crown ultimately broke teeth on both sides and cost me a fortune to fix. When asked why I didn't go back to Dentist Grey, it was because he hurt my mouth anytime I complained the crown he was putting in my mouth was too big causing me to bite my cheek!! Find a different dentist and do yourself a favor. Make sure they don't change their name all the time - you can tell cause they have history!
