  When I ordered reading glasses here, they engaged in a Lack of Informed Consent when attempting to charge me extra money before I left without having told me in advance that there would be an additional fee for the pictures of my eyes taken during the exam. My insurance company filed a grievance against them for their Professional Misconduct and now Dr. Simpson is withholding my glasses from me out of spite. It's been 15 days for a pair of magnifiers that normally have a 3-4 day turnaround. Dr. Simpson is a spiteful person. Don't do business here if you ever intend to receive your glasses.

  The Dr. is awesome , but when lenses went bad the lab broke frame . Want me to pay for their screw up . Not only pay they said they'd give me 70% discount, oakley wants 187 but after 70% off they want 186. How insulting.

  Dr. Simpson gave me my first pair of glasses over 30 years ago and he continues to provide outstanding care and service. He is a very skilled and knowledgeable eye doctor and hes provided excellent service to three generations of my family for many years. Recently, he fitted me with a new pair of contacts for astigmatism and he spent a lot of time ensuring they were the best prescription and fit for me. This is by far the best I've seen using contacts in a long time. His entire staff is also outstanding, very professional and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend Dr. Simpson.
