    I enjoy all the staff/employees at National Seating and Mobility. They keep me informed on any delays and have the answers to my questions. When I opt in to receive messages, they keep me posted of what's going on and keep me up-to-date. The staff and the employees have all worked with me diligently in the care of my wheelchair. Thank you for being there. I like this place and you will too!

    I would like to share that after having the wrong chair ordered for my brother. Cindy, Keith and Calvin have all gone over and beyond to get the correct chair delivered and adjusted to my brother's needs. On delivery of power chair the agency that dropped it off just left. We were connected National Seating and mobility of Hayward to work with for brother's manual wheelchair and repair/fitting of power chair. I have learned so much from the team. Manual chair measurements were done and used for both chairs. My brother selected the color and the team ran with the order. Only adjustment needed was taken care of within 10 days. Keith spent time with brother on training of power chair features. I m currently working with team on an update to install lights on the power chair. I explained to the team the need for this owing to early morning appointments. The business office and Keith were able to draft an estimate and they presented to insurance.

    Needed a prescription knee scooter for surgery recovery. I called 3-4 times as they were in-network. They asked me to fax prescription and never returned multiple calls after that. Do not recommend.

    Sometimes it seems that there is no communication between the employees. We have submitted requests in writing several times, and each time NSM acts as if it is the first time they have seen the request. We have also had to re-submit paperwork because the paperwork was not acted on the first time. Some technicians are capable but without a good top-down system they are worthless.
