Especially their front desk horrible customer service, attitudes and never a smile on their faces. As someone who did scheduling coordinator they need to up their game.

Dr. George wants you to keep coming back so you can keep forking out more co-pays rather than solving your problem on the first visit. Says he cares and loves his patients but then disrespects them in the same sentence with his rude demeanor.
