StretchLab was created to help increase flexibility, range of motion and energy in people no matter what their age, body type or fitness level! StretchLab Greenbrae offers one on one assisted stretching in a fun, open and communal environment. Our one on one stretches can be 25 or 50 minutes long and we offer drop-in or monthly memberships. All of our Flexologists are highly trained and create a custom stretch routine for each member.

- GFgeoff flynnMay 13, 20265.0This place is just off-the-charts! Staff is amazing and a 50 minute stretch is probably the best value for wellness you can find. Have been coming here now for three years and amazed how much progress I’ve have made from a flexibility perspective and for the first time, have been totally injury free during training over last three years. At least go in for an intro stretch and see how you like it
