Good eye care place with lots of options for your needs. I spoke with Toni who was very kind and patiently explained everything I needed to know. 10/10 recommend from this experience.
My husband waited far beyond the promised timeframe for his prescription eyeglasses—almost two months. When they were finally ready for pickup, he couldn’t get there before closing time, so he asked me to go on his behalf. As a teacher, my schedule allowed me the flexibility to pick them up during their operating hours. I even called ahead to confirm I could make it before closing, and the person I spoke with insisted I arrive on time since it was a Friday and they closed at 4:30. I assured her I would arrive well within that timeframe.
Having been present for my husband's previous phone interactions with the office, I was already aware of their unprofessional customer service over the phone, but I held out hope that my in-person experience would be different. It was not.
When I entered, I was met with a dismissive attitude. The worker at the counter looked me up and down before acknowledging me, which I found odd. I was dressed in my professional teaching attire, yet to look me up and down before even saying hello was weird. I informed her I was there to pick up my husband's glasses, and she merely stated she would be right back.
As I stood at the front desk, I noticed an older woman working on a copier or fax machine. When she finished, she sat directly across from me, yet never once acknowledged my presence or offered a greeting. I smiled to initiate some semblance of friendliness, but she ignored me completely. Professional customer service includes greeting patrons and making them feel welcome—something this office clearly lacks, especially when they are not busy.
Let’s be clear: my husband may have given this establishment a chance, but we will continue to choose Dr. Christensen. While they may be pricier, the difference is striking. Dr. Christensen's office is joyful, kind, and welcoming from the moment you step through the door. They know our names, always wear smiles and cultivate a cheerful environment. The contrast between these two offices is night and day, and it speaks volumes about the care and respect given to customers.

The worst experience with a business ever. Employees were rude, owner was rude, after months of waiting no concern shown for situation, no one returns calls, no one calls to let you know what is up. Told I could get readers I need to buy while I wait and wait and wait paid for by them if I "went to the dollar store"!! This was by the owner, Tanya! Glasses were wrong prescription, the worst....never ever go there. I will NOT return if I ever get my glasses! BTW they only post positive reviews on their other site, I have tried to post a negative review and it will not come up.
