  During my membership I broke my collar bone and was unable to attend. They froze my account for 3 months and without checking to see if my doctor released me for classes they started billing me again. I noticed after 2 charges on my credit card. I called to cancel and was told a manager would call me back. That never happened and I was billed yet again. I have called 3 times now and get the machine, have left messages and no one calls back. I now have 3 charges and 6 classes on the books. I am 66 years old and have been diagnosed with osteoporosis. I won't be going back and have wasted $360 . Terrible way to run a business!!! 4/20 UPDATE I received a voicemail from the "manager" on 3/29 telling me I never came in and signed a 30 day cancelation. According to my phone records , after 4 calls someone called me back on February 27th. They never once told me I had to come in and sign a cancelation notice. 4 weeks later, the "manager " called and again left a message saying " well you didn't come in and sign and now your have 2 more charges on your credit card"!!! If this is how you Women treat other women. Get out from behind your voicemails and speak to me. Greedy

  10 Stars if I could. The instructors at Club Pilates are consistently excellent. They guide you through each workout with clear instruction and attention to form, which makes a real difference. No two classes feel the same, so it never gets repetitive. I’ve been a member for over two years and it’s one of the few fitness routines I’ve actually stuck with. Looking forward to many more classes.

  Club Pilates Granite Bay has become one of my favorite places to nurture both my health and my peace of mind. The studio is always beautifully maintained, welcoming, and filled with a genuine sense of community. The quality of the Pilates instruction is outstanding. Each class is thoughtfully structured to build strength, flexibility, balance, and confidence. The instructors are highly skilled, attentive, and caring, offering clear guidance and supportive corrections so you feel safe, capable, and encouraged. During my first year of retirement, committing to attending classes at least four times a week has brought me tremendous peace of mind. Setting a personal goal of 400 classes has also created a meaningful stretch goal that keeps me motivated and inspired on my wellness journey. It truly feels like an investment in living a strong, vibrant, and healthy life.

  I’m so frustrated trying to schedule a class, just one class in the next week. All booked up with a waiting list of 3. I guess it’s time to let this membership go
