Bonnie was really great at helping me with modifications, as needed. I enjoyed the experience and, although the class was short, my muscles were sore the next day. The exercises weren't difficult but I guess my muscles were working harder than I thought. I would definitely recommend this place.

The instructors are so helpful with proper technique and helping if you need a modification. Overall such a great experience and place. I love everyone there!
