I inquired about two frames—one for prescription sunglasses and another for prescription eyeglasses. A tall white gentleman helped me by properly adjusting my eyeglasses and measuring both frames. When I paid at the cashier, I received a text confirming that my items were ready for pickup. I returned on August 15th and asked the same person about the second frame, but sadly, he couldn’t locate it. I checked my bank statement and noticed only one frame was ordered; the other was canceled and refunded without any explanation. A manager approached me in a manner that felt quite unpleasant, which was upsetting. I felt it was important to report this incident to headquarters to seek clarity and understanding. Please be mindful and gentle when discussing new frames for eyeglasses or sunglasses with your advisor. Thank you for taking the time to read this, and I hope my experience can serve as a reminder for us all to approach such situations with kindness and patience.
