  Why can't you just pay for eye exam . Ahead of time. They claim it's to prevent surprises . But the sales lead can't even keep track of the eye exam and the prescription pricing. So, guess what. I got a surprise at the end of $123. Plus. The frames. It's not about the money. On the other hand the dr. Was great, extremely patient. And answered all my concerns.

  I had such a great experience at LensCrafters! Ella was amazing she was incredibly friendly, patient, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. She took her time, paid attention to every detail, and made sure I felt comfortable and confident with everything before I left. You can tell she genuinely cares about the people she helps. Highly recommend asking for Ella!

  I’ve ordered glasses from LensCrafters four times. It’s always been such a great experience. But this time around has been an utter NIGHTMARE. I picked out and ordered my glasses with transition and blue light on September 12th. They were ready September 19th. I went to pick them up and my left eye prescription is wrong. They put a negative instead of a positive. Okay no problem, they said they’ll fix it and they apologized for their error when inputting my prescription. They were ready by the following Tuesday, September 22nd. I picked them up September 24 at 6:30pm. Everything looked good. On Friday September 25th I was walking around on my lunch break in the sun and my glasses wouldn’t transition. Immediately I’m irritated by the fact that they didn’t transition. I paid $200+ to have transition and this is the final product?! On Saturday September 26th I went to LensCrafters to fix this issue. The male sales associate who did not have a name tag took them to see what’s going on. He stated that they had to kickstart the transition with a UV lamp. I immediately asked why didn’t they do so before giving them to me? He did not have answer and apologized. This has been so irritating. Then I noticed there’s a scratch on my right lense. I’ve had them for two days and a scratch?? This experience has been a true nightmare because all I want is to see and use my glasses for my everyday life. Instead I’ve had to go down there numerous times to have them fix the errors they made. I’m never ever going back here again. Please save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.

  I had a great experience at LensCrafters at the Glendale Galleria! I came in to have my glasses adjusted, and they were very friendly, helpful, and took care of me right away. They made sure my glasses fit comfortably and took the time to get the adjustment just right. The whole process was quick and easy, and I really appreciated the great customer service. Definitely recommend this location if you need an adjustment or help with your glasses!
