  Great experience at Miracle Hearing. Brian was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly without rushing. His assistant Alex was friendly, helpful, and easy to talk to. The whole visit felt comfortable and low-stress, and I never felt pressured. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients. I would definitely recommend Miracle Hearing in Gilroy.

  Mathew Tucker did a wonderful job adjusting my hearing aids that I had for my hearing loss and they are working wonderful I can hear sounds i have not hear for along time thanks so much. Office manager Jacqueline Evans was so nice just a pleasure to talk with schedule a appointment that was convenient for me great office visit thank again. If you need hearing aids need to see Mathew and Jacqueline

  Don't go to Miricle ears. They are scammers. They tell you one thing and don't do nothing. They just think about the commission they get from the products they sale and not what the patient tells them. Very bad service. They don't call you back when they say they will, they promise to call you when the tv device comes in and they didn't. They never made a follow up appointment for my mom. And when they tell you that you get 45 days free trial and them they say they can't take them back. Even after my mom told them that they give her really bad headaches. They said she signed the papers so that's , that. But you can't try them without signing the papers. Very, Very dissatisfied. I'm contacting the B.B.B.

  Living in Idaho it is hard to help my mother with any of her medical needs. I made a call to Miracle and talked to Rick and set up an appointment. Since my mom has gotten the hearing aids she has been so much happier. She loves them which makes us all happier.
