Her positive attitude is contagious, and she makes class both fun and challenging. A wonderful instructor who helps set the tone for a great day!

I've had knee problems for the last few years and I was struggling to find a form of exercise that I could do regularly without pain that would prevent me from sticking with it. Thankfully I discovered pilates which allows me to get a full body workout without the high impact on my knees. I love the variety of classes offered and I also enjoy the nstructors who are really nice and always on the lookout to make sure you are performing movements correctly to prevent injury which is important. They offer incentives to keep it interesting and the app makes it easy to sign up and keep track of classes. I've taken 160 classes so far since March 2025 and I feel just as motivated today as I did on day one which says alot!

My posture from all day “desk sitting” has greatly improved, and my arthritis pain levels are next to nothing. I have made friends with like minded individuals and the staff and teachers here are top notch! I’m so happy Club Pilates opened in Gilroy!
