- ESEllis SuarezNov 11, 20231.0Good ramps but, bad business practices. I called them several times to come get the ramp for I was moving to a new location. THEY NEVER PICKED IT UP. The landlord had it removed and disposed of. I got stuck with the bill $700 So not cool. I'm old man I'm disabled and I'm broke on a fixed income. I can't afford that. I've called several agencies that protect the disabled and handicap from things like this. It might take a lil bit but I hope to be reimbursed.

From start to finish, Anthony and his team were very professional, from coming out to measure the location of the ramp, providing a written quote, to the final install. We had gotten other estimates but AMRAMP was by far the least expensive AND they had the materials in stock so we did not have to wait several weeks to install. No high pressure sales tactics. Just honest and clear communication with knowledgeable and friendly staff. Anthony even called a week later to see how the ramp was working out. THAT's what I call outstanding customer service! We no longer have to rely on a portable ramp for my mom's wheelchair. We now have a safe and sturdy ramp that we use everyday! I highly recommend!

He and his team assessed our needs, designed a solution, and installed the ramp in a little over an hour, just days after the plans were submitted! Our family went with a purchase rather than a rental, and we can take it with us to the next residence (we are seeking to lease an ADA accessible home in the Inland Empire area starting in August 2023 when this lease is up). Amramp will fit our ramp to wherever we go. Speaking of the ramp, I was expecting an aluminum ramp...silver-colored all over. We were pleasantly surprised by the black, powder-coated grill as the ramp surface. Non-slip and completely vented...no flying away in the Santa Ana winds. An additional and major plus that would have been the deal-breaker: since we are leasing this house, we could not have the ramp installed by bolts or any alteration of the surfaces and pavers. This ramp sits sturdily and solidly on top of everything, with no lateral movement. We couldn't be happier!
