- KGKatelyn GranadosMar 9, 20261.0Extremely rude pharmacy staff, medication leaked from lid and when I called to speak about the issue she immediately blamed me and said it must have been something I did between the time I picked it up and now because “they have 3 people check for leaks” yea right. I wasn’t even calling for them to refill it I was freaking calling to ask if it was regular children’s Tylenol so that I could purchase it myself somewhere else. Why would I even want to receive anything from this pharmacy if their containers leak. BE VERY CAREFUL when picking up your medication from here and MAKE SURE IT DOESNT LEAK. What type of pharmacist interacts with their customers in that manner. Do better.

- JDJennette DavisMar 27, 20133.0I have been getting my prescriptions filled here for a couple of months now and every time I do, they are out of my medicine and have to order it or there is some other issue. Today I used their automated phone service to order some refills early in the morning then called to check if it was ready later in the day and was told that the phone system was out and I would have to come in and check if the medicine was ready. So I waited an hour or so to give them some extra time and went there to see if they had filled my prescriptions yet. The clerk told me that they could not fill the prescriptions today because the phones were down and they needed to call my doctor and had no idea when the phones would be working again. When I asked him if they would be filled tomorrow he acted irritated and said he did not know. He never asked if I would be ok without my medicine until tomorrow and the whole time the phones were ringing in the pharmacy and the other clerk was answering them! This place is really bad!
