It was the best decision I ever made because it has become an integral part of my life. To date, I've attended over 460 classes. Before, I used to suffer from headaches, back pain, and difficulty sleeping after giving birth, but now I feel much better; those problems don't happen as often anymore. Besides that, I also really love the instructors here; they are so lovely and enthusiastic. I've learned so many different techniques from them. I think I'll be sticking with this place for a long time to come.
