However, as the visit progressed, I encountered two doctors, with the second doctor exhibited rude behavior and provided conflicting information. Initially, I was informed that I could try various contact lens brands until I found the right ones for me. However, during my second visit, the new doctor informed me that I would need to choose from the lenses I had previously tried. This was my first time using contact lenses, so I was quite confused. The front desk person or administrative staff did not return my calls when they promised to do so. I decided to take my business elsewhere and requested my prescription. The front receptionist called me later to inform me that they had a promotion and that I could purchase the contact lenses if I bought them that day. However, when I expressed my intention to get the prescription and consider buying the lenses from them, she informed me that the doctor was unavailable and could not sign off on my prescription until Monday. Today, May 9th, is Saturday, and I have yet to receive a call or my prescription. I urgently need new glasses, and this visit to Target Optical has been the worst experience I’ve had by far. The staff was extremely unprofessional and difficult to deal with. .
