Explained everything - what muscle groups were being worked, how to safely do the exercise, it was great. And after she took time to answer questions. Looking forward to my first full class this Wed. If looking to see what pilates is, highly recommend Club Pilates Fullerton. Won't be disappointed.

But from day one, the instructors and the ladies there made me feel very welcome and included. What I value the most is that they always call me by my name, treat me with respect, and make me feel important within the group. I have never felt excluded; instead, I have received patience, guidance, and kindness. Today I can honestly say it is a place where I feel comfortable, motivated, and part of a very positive community.
