  This place was referred to us via insurance whom I've since called and filed a complaint about. Exiting the 9th floor, there is no sign that states what the office is, the receptionist does not stay at her desk but must be rung for with a bell. The "audiologist" that treated my daughter's hearing gave her no results, told her that her hearing was fine and shooed us on our way. My daughter CANNOT hear and has an auditory processing disorder that we had someone else diagnose. My daughter called 4 times and requested her medical test results with zero response. Finally I called and threatened that I believed they were a fraud unless they returned my daughter's call. They said they would email her the results- which couldn't be opened die to some administrative password she didn't have and that her Dr would receive a copy, which hasn't happened yet. This place is unprofessional and should not be used for anything other than elderly patients who need hearing aids.
