  As someone with anxiety, I expect the worst out of every appointment I have, but my experience with Evelyn was very pleasant. Not only did she fix the issue with my right hearing aid filter at no charge, but she also went out of her way to get my hearing aid app set up by contacting several manufacturers. Even though I forgot to bring my physical insurance and ID card, Evelyn patiently worked with me to send her a digital file instead. I’ve been a patient since 2023, and I am happy to experience the same welcoming atmosphere here at Audio Nova.

  Evelyn Martinez was super helpful,she had a lot of patience. Took her time to explain to me step by step about my health. If you want to feel comfortable definitely would recommend evelyn Thank you again to evelyn and her staff

  I have been a client of Connect Hearing and Tina for several years. Bought two sets of hearing aids. I live in Michigan and still receive the same great service as though I were next store to Connect Hearing. Tina's motto should be "service with a vengeance". Thank you Connect Hearing!
