We waited 50 minutes after our appointment time and the provider that came in was not Dr Sabry and this provider knew nothing about my child or his 4 year history of working with Dr Sabry. It was incredibly disappointing since we have loved our experience with Dr Sabry and been so thankful for how she has helped our son. We go to her office to see her and it was frustrating to not be told we wouldn’t be seeing her ahead as of time so we could have the option to reschedule and not pay a $40 copay and wait to see someone who knew nothing about our son or his health issues.
