She didn't introduce herself, didn't wipe down equipment or explain to me the process that was going to ensue. Wasn't told about additional changes. THEN came back 2 weeks later for my appointment to try on my contract lens, just to be told "our apologies but we only have the left contract lens only.... we need to reschedule you when we receive the right one also" SMH Definitely a waste of time
