- KJKaitlyn Jones6 days ago1.0Only one doctor and sat there between initial diagnostics and the actual appointment for over an hour and a half before being seen, my app was 15 minutes after opening, one person ahead of me. Doctor added a bunch of upcharges to glasses without informing me, and then i was given the price and had to ask why it was almost $300 more than my insurance covered for basic glasses and frames. When refusing the "upgrades", they suddenly lost all warmth and care. Left without purchasing. There are more personable and affordable places in Fresno who don't try to upsell you and have hidden upgrades.
