She took the time to go over the scans that were taken and thoroughly explained everything about our eyes, making sure the prescription was tailored to our specific needs. Maria at the front desk was exceptional. She was incredibly patient helping us select frames and offered genuine, helpful opinions on what looked best. My last optometrist was quite expensive, and my lenses weren't what I thought they would be simply because I didn't realize there were different types of transitions. Maria took the time to explain the various transition options and helped me find the exact ones I wanted—a huge plus! The hospitality here is amazing. We had a quick, welcoming check-in, absolutely no pressure or hard sell while browsing, and they actively helped us find the most cost-effective options. We felt genuinely cared for. Highly recommend!
