  I was pleasantly pleased after my appt. Roman Estrada. about a year ago I went to another place to be fitted for hearing aids, my experience with the other place was not a good experience at all. I ended up canceling my appt and returning my hearing aids. A year later, I made an appt. with miracle ear (should of done in the first place) From the first call to Vanessa to schedule to meeting with Ramon. I get my earing aids tomorrow!!!! THANKS FOR THE GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!

  I was extremely pleased with my experience at Miracle-Ear in Fremont. The front office was so warm, friendly and accommodating when I needed to bring my mom in last minute while i was visiting. It was comforting to see the relationship the provider Roman has built with my mom who can be difficult at times. I would recommend this office to anyone.

  I have been associated with Miracle-Ear, Roman and Lenette for over six months and have really appreciated their professional and friendly service from my initial appointment. The testing and associated technical support allowed me to have total confidence for the model hearing aids that were prescribed for my hearing deficiency. Also, the immediate response I receive when I have problems with my hearing aids. My experience with Roman and Lenette gives me total confidence that my concerns with performance of my hearing aids will be responded to in short order.

  Lynette and Roman are the best! They always go the extra mile to help out. Roman even made a house call for us when we were having trouble connecting to our TV. Turned out our cat chewed one of the wires and created a short. Thanks Roman!

  Lynette and Roman has been taking care of me for about a year now and I can only say good things about them. Their patient care is top-notch and they are always available to communicate whenever k need urgent help with my hearing device. Kudos to them!
