Roman Estrada. about a year ago I went to another place to be fitted for hearing aids, my experience with the other place was not a good experience at all. I ended up canceling my appt and returning my hearing aids. A year later, I made an appt. with miracle ear (should of done in the first place) From the first call to Vanessa to schedule to meeting with Ramon. I get my earing aids tomorrow!!!! THANKS FOR THE GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!

The front office was so warm, friendly and accommodating when I needed to bring my mom in last minute while i was visiting. It was comforting to see the relationship the provider Roman has built with my mom who can be difficult at times. I would recommend this office to anyone.

I started with Kyle but unfortunately he had to move to their office in Pleasanton but Roman and Lynette are always there and very helpful with everything I need. This place is highly recommended , everyone is treated nicely and professionally!
