  I was pleasantly pleased after my appt. Roman Estrada. about a year ago I went to another place to be fitted for hearing aids, my experience with the other place was not a good experience at all. I ended up canceling my appt and returning my hearing aids. A year later, I made an appt. with miracle ear (should of done in the first place) From the first call to Vanessa to schedule to meeting with Ramon. I get my earing aids tomorrow!!!! THANKS FOR THE GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!

  Roman was very professional and patient with me (especially since I asked a lot of questions). The hearing test was thorough and unrushed and he went through the results with me carefully.

  Unbelievable! Huge shout-out to Miracle ear, very good experience, very professional, very friendly, I couldn't be more pleased. I went to Miracle ear to get ear impressions, so I can send them to get fancy custom electronic ear protections made for me. I asked for the price, they said $99 per mold, which sounded fair for the bay area, especially since we can pay with a HSA account. Turns out they thought I wanted them to make me ear protections. When I told them I just wanted the molds, they said that was free of charge!! I didn't know what to say, that was so unexpected! Thanks again Miracle ear... just be warned I am sending all my family members to get their free impressions now 😉

  I have been going to Miracle Ear for a year now starting with Kyle and now Roman. Both have been wonderful. Very personalized service and I always feel like they have my best interest in mind. Oh and let's not leave out Lynette, simply a joy to schedule appointments and to talk to. Highly recommend!
