  This was my first Pilates class at Club Pilates And I thoroughly enjoyed it. Olivia checked on me to make sure the weights/resistance was not too hard on me.

  They provide limit classes to sign up. My credit is gone if I do not finish 8 classes in a month. I paid $30 per class. When I call the office and ask why my remaining classes that I scheduled are removed without notice. She said that the system automatically take my credit off and I had to pay another $240 to get into the system. They are nice when they want you to to sign a contract. But they do not provide the adequate class schedule for booking. They want us to sign up for waiting list to fill their classes but they do not provide the flexibility for customers.

  Zero stars if I could. This has been, by far, the worst studio experience I’ve ever had. For over a month, I’ve tried calling the studio and have never been able to get in touch with anyone. No one answers the phone, emails go unanswered, and it’s impossible to reach management. There is absolutely no customer service. To make matters worse, I was charged twice for my membership. I tried repeatedly to contact the studio to have the duplicate charge corrected, but after weeks of getting no response, I had no choice but to dispute one of the duplicate charges through my bank. Instead of communicating with me or resolving the billing issue, the studio canceled all of my scheduled sessions. That is incredibly unprofessional and disappointing. I’ve visited other locations, including the Palo Alto studio and other California locations, and they’ve always been responsive, helpful, and professional. This location is the complete opposite. The lack of communication, poor management, and failure to address customer concerns is unacceptable. I would not recommend this studio to anyone. If you’re considering joining, I strongly suggest choosing a different location where you’ll actually be able to reach someone if there’s ever an issue.

  If I could give 0 stars, I would. HORRIBLE customer service and management. My friends and I arrived slightly late to our class due to a road incident and were rudely turned away at the door. This was our very first Club Pilates class, so we genuinely weren't aware of the 5-minute late policy. While we understand that policies exist, we were disappointed that no consideration was given to the circumstances or the fact that we were first-time customers. The employee at the front insisted that we had received emails about the policy, but none of us did. Rather than explaining our options or offering to help us reschedule, she simply closed the door in our faces. We also tried calling the studio multiple times beforehand to let them know we were running late, but no one answered. Afterward, we called again and even sent messages hoping someone would follow up or help us resolve the situation, but we still received no response. It makes you wonder what the customer service staff are there for if no one ever picks up the phone or responds to customers. What makes this even more disappointing is that my friends and I were genuinely excited for our first class and were planning to sign up for more in the future. Instead, our very first interaction with this studio ensured we'll be taking our business elsewhere. We'll be going to Solidcore instead, where they offer a 10-minute grace period and, from our experience so far, have been much more welcoming. Policies are one thing, but basic customer service and empathy are another. If you're looking for a studio that values its customers, I'd think twice before coming here.
