  @tracy foreman, I loved Carla! my husband did 2 programs and I have done 3 programs. we completely believe in the system. we want to sign up for a new program, but there is no way a person with a job can make it daily between 7 and 4. I teach at Cypress HS and have to leave by 7 to be on time, school gets out at 3:20. Not going to make it by 4. Unfortunately, the the pictures are accurate, I live nearby and it is gross. I'm sad to see this happen to what was a great place. the plan works, but it is beyond inconvenient

  Yesterday my husband and I went in for a introduction meeting at 11:30 the staff was very unprofessional no acknowledgement when we arrived after filling out paper work which had the wrong names on them, finally 30min into our appt. a staff member was so rude she rolled her eyes when we asked when we can start our introduction so we walked out

  For someone that is new to this program the HB location gave a really bad first impression. Getting help was like pulling teeth. Doctor was late for our appointment, seemed uncaring and uninterested in encouraging the process. These "professionals" should know it can be difficult for some people to even take the initiative to be there. I would recommend avoiding this clinic. I walked out very disappointed.
