She did an excellent job explaining everything clearly and making sure we understood how the hearing aid works and what to expect. My wife wasn’t 100% sure about getting a hearing aid at first, but Olivia was very patient, knowledgeable, and reassuring. She helped ease our concerns and made my wife feel comfortable with the decision. We really appreciated her professionalism and support throughout the process.
