  My wife recently got a hearing aid from Audionova, and we had a great experience thanks to Olivia. She did an excellent job explaining everything clearly and making sure we understood how the hearing aid works and what to expect. My wife wasn’t 100% sure about getting a hearing aid at first, but Olivia was very patient, knowledgeable, and reassuring. She helped ease our concerns and made my wife feel comfortable with the decision. We really appreciated her professionalism and support throughout the process.

  Olivia was the best!! She was extremely kind and easy to work with. I tried the hearing aids for a week and wasn't sure so she let me try them for another week. She answered all my questions and I definitely recommend her and this location. Great experience!

  Olivia Vasquez is amazing. I felt like I was visiting a good friend as she was so kind and knowledgeable and left me feeling so comfortable with my decision. I’ve had my hearing aids in now for about two hours and it’s so much easier than I had envisioned. She walked me through all the steps and answered every question and I know she’s just a phone call away if I have any issues…. right now I can’t stop smiling, thank you Olivia.
