- SDSteven DinhSep 15, 20221.0A few months ago I went to the Savon inside Albertson Fountain Valley to buy Econazole Nitrate using coupons from GoodRx. The Lady Pharmacist at the counter said the coupon is not accepted. I asked to speak to the manager. The manager, a male pharmacist, said the same. He also told me that he cannot accept coupon that I pick up from the street. That was insulting. I know for the fact that the coupon is good at Savon and for whatever reason they didn't want to accept it. I spoke with GoodRx before coming to the store so I told him to contact GoodRx. He hesitated and said come back the next day. I knew he just try to run me around. I told him it's a terrible way to treat customer and just left. I went to Walgreen and was able to use the coupon. Pharmacists at this Savon store are rude and extremely unprofessional. Don't go to this Savon. Try other drug stores.
