At first I was a little overwhelmed by the crowded room (and the heat!) but I have since gotten the hang of choosing the classes that fit my needs that day. The staff is awesome, and the instructors are very supportive. I always feel welcomed and have managed to go for 3 months consistently-usually 4-5 classes per week! Give it a try!
